Very un-professional. I had to chase this salesman down to beg to buy a car.He would say I'll call you friday and call me back tues only after I called him back. All communication stopped when I asked for a purchase order. Never received. I spent four weeks trying buy a car from Tony before I purchased a hyundai elsewhere. Your loss, but wasted my time!!!! Definitely will not recommend Rosen Hyundai.

I was promised a painless and fast procedure. Both were fullfilled. I enjoyed the time spent at Rosen and would come back again. I will refer friends for the future.

I dread buying a car!  This was the most painless and enjoyable experience I have had buying a car.  There were no hidden costs, I understood how much my monthly payment would be at the curb, no extra costs at all.  A beautiful dealership and everyone was very friendly and nice.  I will recommend to all!

Just bought the new 2011 Sonata Limited from Tony and the Mike in Finance.  This is my 5th HByundai since 2004 and the attention that this dealer gave me was outstanding.  The dealer that I had been buying my Hyundias from previously was sold and I didn't feel I received the same attention I had before.  Rosen Hyundai took time to explain everything about the car, warrenty and service they provide me.  I drove 40 minutes to this location and I look forward to dealing with them for many years to come.  Thanks Tony, Mike and Dan you earned my trust and business.

Tony is terrific. The only negative in our experience of buying a 2011 Hyundai Sonata was that our Internet quote included a line called "Manufacturer's Rebate" for $500. Unfortunately, this was really only a loyalty rebate. We found this to be very misleading and blame the manufacturer for this and not the local salesperson. Other than that, we're excited to be new Hyundai Sonata owners. We bought our daughter a Hyundai Elantra in 2002 and she still owns it with great satisfaction.

Tony was a tremendous help.  He listened to everything and got just what I wanted.  This is the second Sonata I have purchased with him in the last 8 months.  Tony is very honest. capable, and knows how to work with people.  If there is ever a problem. Tony swiftly takes care of the situation.  He is very easy to talk to.  He is definitely an all around "cool dude".
