Buying a used car can be stressful because you never know if you are buying someone else’s problems.  Jasper was extremely knowledgeable about every question that I had.  He had the integrity to walk the car with me and point out every little nick and scratch before I purchased just so that I would be aware.  He was very honest and straightforward, and was not interested in wasting any of my time.  While I was waiting to sign all of the papers he even made me a sandwich.  Jasper's approach lays the ground work for a business partnership rather than just someone selling you a car.  Working with him is a win-win situation for everyone involved.  I fully intend to make all future purchases with Jasper.  Thank you very much for such a great experience.  Dan in finance was great as well, and got me a better deal than I could through my own credit union.

I am a very analytical and skeptical person. I came into the Hyundai dealership as my first experience buying a car. I am a 23 year old male and was weary of all the "tactics" cars salesman use. Jasper Cicero was there for me. His professionalism helped me through the entire process in a friendly and respectful manner. The process of buying a car can be a difficult and stressful one; however, I left feeling satisfied because of his efforts (and feeling the excitement of owning my new car!). I would definitely choose this dealership in the future!

I have bought 3 Hyundais in the past and 2 of them from Jasper.  I made an error once by buying from someone else.  Jasper is a straight shooter and has earned my business now and in the future by his professionalism and product knowledge.  He helped me decide which vehicle and options were best for my needs.  He also pointed out strengths in the Hyundai brand without exploiting the weaknesses of the competitors.  

I will be sure to stop in every so often to check out the advances in the Hyundai brand and keep my eye on the next Hyundai I will be purchasing.

I normally don't write reviews, but Jasper deserves nothing but the highest praise for his outstanding service.  I have never had a salesperson that is so personable and caring for his customer.  He went out of his way to get me the exact vehicle that i wanted.  There wasn't a question that he could not answer.  He really knows his stuff.

I usually don't write reviews on local businesses, but I feel this place is worthy of a review. My name is Brad and I've recently bought an Elantra from Rosen in January of 2010. This review will primarily be based on, believe it or not, an honest ethical car salesman. His name was Jasper Cicero. He was a more veteraned man of the car business who understands that repeat business comes from being honest, friendly and very reasonable with price. He presented me with a very fair deal in the very beginning of our discussion. There were no games, and trust me, I've seen about everything from car salesmen. I went to 2 other Hyundai dealers after talking to him, and his price was still the best and he played no games like the others.

I just want to say, the salesmen at Gerald Hyundai in North Aurora have proven to be the typical car salesmen that we've all come to loathe. Their final game was to hold onto my trade-in keys and hide my car in the service bay with the garage doors shut. I at first thought that someone had stolen my car. I went back into the salesroom and they dangled my keys in front of me like a carrot. I followed a new car salesman to the back service bay and he proceeded to speak to me in a demeaning manner and would not open the service bay garage doors to allow me to leave until I caved. I demanded them to let me out and after leaving have never felt more sickened by human behavior in my life. I believe this salesmans name was Mike Hall... looks like a golfer who just stopped into the dealership to screw over someone. He sits at the first desk inside the North door of the sales area. I went there again yesterday to have a coolant leak looked (turned out to be sweat from A/C) at and witnessed a nice older man being harassed in the same way that I was. Anyway, I told him to go to the Algonquin dealer to talk to Jasper and avoid all the B.S. He was excited and wanted to leave, but he couldn't seem to get them to give him his trade-in keys back. I told him they did the same thing to me.

Anyway, I believe that If we find a good, honest, fair, and ethical car salesman, we must make sure that this salesman is rewarded for this behavior .hence me writing this review. Maybe other salesmen may learn from Jasper Cicero. Since purchasing a car from him, my mom and 2 of my dad's friends have bought a car from him, all proclaiming the kindness, fairness, and good price. As I've said, a salesman must understand that being honest and fair is rewarded with repeat business and they will be far more rewarded in the end. Please see this man if you are looking for a Hyundai.

As for the dealership itself, I was very impressed. Everyone was very kind and polite. The dealership is I believe the largest in Northern Illinois, with the biggest stock of cars. They had the blue color of Elantra that I couldn't find anywhere else. The place seems to be run very efficient, as I've used them for my free first oil change already. Free coffee and donuts and free car wash on Saturdays if you buy a car from them. I've spoken to others at the dealer in waiting for my car and seem to be equally impressed with this particular dealership.

I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a great salesman to ask for Jay.  He is a very knowledgeable and honest guy.  I have now bought 2 cars from Jay and as far as I am concerned will never use anyone else.  The whole Rosen experience is the best I have ever had when purchasing a car.  Always friendly people from the salesman to the receptionist.  I must also say that once the car is delivered, and I always use Rosen for service, the service department is the best!!!!  Always immediate and quick service and great service writers and technicians.

Overall, from walking in the front door through the entire process it has been complete satisfaction.  Thanks Jay for being so interested in me as a customer the first time

We were very pleased with the service that we received from Jasper.  He spent a lot of time with us in trying to find the specific car that we wanted. We took awhile to make a decision since we were also looking at other models and comparing everything.  Jasper consistently followed up with us and answered our tons of questions.  We made several visits to the showroom and Jasper made sure that he had the cars with the features and color we were interested in available for us to test drive. He was very patient!  In addition to Jasper we found the entire staff at Rosen helpful and friendly.  We are very excited about the Santa Fe that we purchased.

my purchase at rosen hyundai was a very nice experience ,jasper was was very knowledgeable on product infoormation and very helpful in in the whole process of buying my new genesis coupe. i am spanish speaking and jasper explained much of the process in spanish. i will reccomend my family and friends to jasper and rosen hyundai. NO PRESSURE AT ALL ,GAVE ME ALL THE TIME I NEEED TO MAKE MY OWN DECITION.

   My experience with Rosen Hyundai this year was as exceptionally wonderful as the past three previous purchases of new Hyundai's. Jasper is "the man" who made this transaction go so smoothly. I have to say that I feel like I am at home when I come to Rosen these days because it is full of such professional and genuine people that always say hello with a smile on their face to greet me. I appreciate their knowledge and availability for any questions I might have. This goes from Jasper to Dan, Finance and Debra, and I cannot  forget the service crew as well!  I will definitely come back for my next Hyundai and I am hoping to see an alternative fuel Tucson in a year or so.
