On 9/10 my family made the 6+ hr trip to you Hyundai store to purchase a 2012 Hyundai Elantra.  Frank was our salesperson and he was outstanding - he deserves a 5 .  In fact everyone at the store impressed me during our visit.  We even purchased the extended warranty and protective paint and intierior packages.  We paid for the vehicle with a check and was told by the business manager that as soon as the check clears - we would be sent the title for us to register in Wisconsin.  We expained that we where 1+ hr away from motor vehicle and where told that we would have the title in plenty time and the 30 day temp plate was just in case.  Guess what - times up on the temp plate - check cleared on 9/13 and no title.  My wife has talked to a "Linda" several times and was promised the title priority mailed to her by 10/3 and now today it is supposly going to be overnighted to us to arrive sometime on 10/7.  I listed to one of the conversations my wife had with "Linda" and to be blunt - she was a bitch to my wife.  Using terms like "we do not have to" several times along with an attitude that would talk anyone out of ever doing business with your dealership again I beleive was not right.  So now IF the title comes tommorow my wife has to take time away from work/school and drive to Eau Claire to register the car - 120 miles round trip.  She had been in Eau Claire 7 times during business hours over the last 4 weeks and could have registed the vehicle if Rosen Hyundai would have did what the promised.  One of the days - yesterday - she could of registed the vehicle if "Linda" would have done what she promised a week ago.  I talked to the sales manager today and he assured me that the title will go out today.  He gave me a line of bullshit (company line) that we hold onto the title for 15 days to make sure the check clears.  This is not what we where told when we wrote the check.  We could have paid cash, paid with cashiers check or sent proof that our check went thru at anytime if we knew this was going to happen.  A second issue happened on 9/22 - I was in Superior,WI and had a flat tire.  I used the air pump because there is not spare and it did not work due to a sidewall failure.  I called the 800 Hyundai number and they said they would send a tow truck and it would take 1 hour.  After watching several tow trucks drive by me on the highway for the next 15 minutes I called the dispatched tow truck company and asked about the timetable.  They said "Hyundai" give them ah hour to respond so it was not a priority.  I told them I was on the side of a highway and they showed up within 10 minutes.  The vehicle was towed to Kolar Hyundai and it needed a new tire.  I was told that it would take 1 to 3 days to get a new tire because they did not have one in stock.   I asked if there is anything I could do because I was stranded 2 hrs from home and received a response of "you know you did not buy the Hyundai from us".   They did expedite the tire and I was ready to go the next afternoon.  Are my meals and lodging covered under the warranty because the car was undrivable because it did not have a spare and the dealership did not have a tire?  So after $22,000 we are treated like crap by your support staff, have no spare tire and are wondering if the warranties and verbal promises given by Hyundai and Rosen are worth anything?
