Chuck is a really good guy to deal with. He really took care of me and provided a great sales experience. I am very happy with the car and with Rosen. Their service is wonderful and that all starts with Chuck. I would use him again and would recommend him to all of my friends and family.

The purchase of our new car was mostly a pleasant experience.  The sale staff was very courteous, pleasant, knowledgeable, and accommodating.  The time between initial contact and closing of the deal so to speak was on track for having a good buyer/dealer relationship.

I had called Chuck early in the week to let him know that we were interested in a 'new' used car and to keep an eye out for a vehicle in our price range.
