Ray was very knowledgeable and professional. I asked to see a full breakdown of what I was paying for (i.e. taxes & fees) at the start of our encounter and he was nothing but forthcoming. He gave me a frank evaluation of what was good about my trade-in and what detracted from its value. He didn't attempt to hide anything from me.
